Very early in my career I realised that personal communication decisively determines the success in sales and negotiations and in the field of ​​customer care management. This awareness ran like a golden thread through my further professional and personal work. My participation in the establishment and development of an international organisation abroad inspired and qualified me in the field of communication. Working extensively with the media led me to the PR area and further to integrated communication, respectively taking into account the aspect of intercultural communication.

My focus is on people - their professional skills, personal qualities and qualifications as well as their management style. My work and efforts in the organisational interest was, inter alia, to demonstrate new working paths and methods to staff and colleagues from different cultures and to motivate them, to clarify and explain misunderstandings and conflicts. Dealing with uncertainties and insecurities in personal communication was part and parcel of my work particularly in sensitive protocol areas.

My experience and gained knowledge in the field of communication are included in an outline plan for the introduction of a corporate identity and in a master thesis on possibilities and limitations of internal communications and personnel management of employee integration in a multicultural environment.
